Tradera LLC (Cruise Price Tracker) sends transactional account texts from (863) 622-7941: price-drop alerts, target-price hits, cabin upgrades, back-in-stock notices, one-time passcodes, and replies when a customer texts about their trackings. This is not marketing.

Step-by-step message flow

  1. Customer creates a paid Cruise Price Tracker account at app.cruisepricetracker.info.
  2. Customer opens Settings → Notification preferences and turns on the Text toggle (off by default).
  3. Customer enters a US or Canada mobile number.
  4. Customer must check the consent box quoted above. It is never pre-checked. Send code is blocked until that box is checked.
  5. We send a one-time passcode SMS from (863) 622-7941. Text alerts remain off until the customer enters that code and taps Verify.
  6. After verify, we may send price-drop, target-price, upgrade, and back-in-stock alerts. Recurring alerts go out only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in the timezone stored at opt-in. OTP, HELP, STOP, START, and replies to inbound texts are sent immediately.

Keyword opt-in (re-subscribe only)

Texting START to (863) 622-7941 re-subscribes a customer who previously verified that number and later texted STOP. Unknown numbers are not enrolled by keyword and do not receive the cruise assistant.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
